Rated 4 out of 5 by Deidre from Christmas (I bought a "set" the top and bottom chests). A Christmas present for my dad, I had it delivered. The delivery guys were awesome, calling me ahead of time and polite to my father and me! The only thing I am disappointed is that it came already assembled. Nothing is damaged, but I was hoping it would still be in the boxes and waiting until Christmas day. My dad had to correct the wheels on it later, the casters were on backwards. We were also missing keys to both the top and bottom chests. I don't have patience for automatic voice menu, so I went on chat on the Craftsman website and they referred me to the company that specializes in their keys/locks. They mailed me two pairs without charge! A little hassle, but overall, my dad loves it!

This unit is well put together and has great storage. It moves easy with the handle and wheels. Best part is the stackability. There are other top pieces you can puchase if you want. It does come with a nice mat on top also. Overall creat product.

The bottom drawer soft-close mechanisms were not installed correctly so the drawer closed unevenly; One exterior side panel was bent (maybe it as dropped at some point); Third drawer from the top would not open due to drawer inside metal stop was bend (we fixed this ourselves). Other than the above, everything else was good.
